We have been in conversation with Simon and he has asked us to send out the following information, so we have put the following together.
We have forwarded it to the members who we have email addresses for.
We realise we may not be able to reach everyone, so please can you pass it on to your friends who are Club members. Thanks Kath.
NOTES REGARDING THE LANEHAM TRIP:
As you probably know our Club has a trip to Laneham each year, usually for 5 days.
This year our Club is holding the annual trip, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE A CAMPING FIELD.
Members will have to make their own arrangements regarding their accommodation. There are camping and caravan sites nearby.
N.C.M.D. guidelines must be followed, along with Social Distancing according to the Government instructions, and you must have an up-to-date N.C.M.D. Insurance card, and of course be a member of our Club.
The dates of the trip are:- Arrive Friday October 2nd, ready for Saturday start. We may have a meeting on Friday evening at the Bees Knees, but this is subject to approval yet.
We meet Saturday morning at 9 a.m. for information regarding the fields available, and we will be setting off to the fields at 9.30 a.m.
We will meet on the road to the old camping field, called BROADING LANE, OFF MAIN STREET, CHURCH LANEHAM. This is next to the War Memorial, past the Bees Knees Pub.
Detect on Saturday October 3rd, Sunday 4th, Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th – then home.
The price will be £10 per day. You can come any number of days.
NOTES REGARDING A PROPOSED MEETING OF OUR CLUB MEMBERS ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH – 8 P.M
If the Victory Reform Club will not allow us in, then we will meet on the car park, and once you have paid for your requirements, then please move off in order to keep the queue down on the car park.
